1. General Policy
As a software and digital solutions company, most of our services involve customized development, technical consultation, creative work, and digital delivery. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
All payments made to the company are considered acceptance of this policy.
2. Project Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request through email or official communication channels.
Before Project Commencement
If the project is cancelled before any work has started, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund after deduction of payment gateway charges, consultation fees, and administrative expenses.
After Project Commencement
Once the project work has started, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. This includes:
- UI/UX design work
- Research and planning
- Development setup
- Resource allocation
- Software architecture planning
- Third-party integration setup
If cancellation occurs during an active project phase, the company reserves the right to charge for the work completed until the cancellation date.
3. Milestone-Based Projects
For milestone-based website, software, Android, and iOS app development projects:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Future unpaid milestones may be cancelled by the client with written notice.
- Deliverables already completed or shared will remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
4. Software & Mobile Application Development Services
Services such as:
- Custom software development
- Android application development
- iOS application development
- Web application development
- ERP/CRM solutions
- AI automation integration
are development-based services and require dedicated technical resources. Therefore:
- Advance payments are non-refundable once development work has started.
- Change requests outside the approved scope may involve additional charges.
- Clients may cancel future development phases with prior written notice.
5. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services
Domain registration, SSL certificates, cloud hosting, APIs, plugins, app store fees, and software licenses purchased on behalf of clients are non-refundable because these are procured from external vendors.
6. Delay or Non-Response from Client
If project progress is delayed due to lack of communication, delayed approvals, missing content, or incomplete information from the client for more than 30 days, the company may place the project on hold.
In such cases:
- No refund shall be applicable.
- Additional reactivation or redevelopment charges may apply.
7. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Service not initiated by the company
- Technical inability to deliver the agreed service
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding project quality, scope, or delivery:
- Both parties agree to attempt resolution through discussion and mutual understanding first.
- If unresolved, the company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific disputed service only.
9. Changes to Policy
