- The maximum refund eligible will be 50% of the total payment made.
- The remaining 50% will be retained to cover the time, resources, and work already invested in the project.
- This rule applies to disputes raised through payment gateways, banks, or third-party platforms.

- Domain registration or renewal
- Web hosting purchases
- Third-party plugins, themes, or software licenses
- Completed projects or delivered digital files
- Custom design work after approval

If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required content, images, and approvals on time. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and refund eligibility.
